We started building software for pregnancy centers in 1999 because we believed the people doing this work deserved tools built specifically for them — not repurposed business software they had to wrestle into shape.
That belief has only deepened. We want CoolFocus to do more, so your team can spend less time in software and more time in ministry. We want pregnancy centers to reach more women, support more families, and save more lives. We want ministries to reach more people for Christ with tools that strengthen the work instead of slowing it down.

What we believe about software and ministry
The organizations using CoolFocus are doing some of the most important work in their communities. They're serving women in crisis, connecting neighbors in need with churches that can help, and running programs that change lives.
They deserve software that works the way they work — not generic business software adapted from tools built for insurance agencies or real estate firms. They deserve a platform built for their specific reporting requirements, their ministry reality, and their mission.
Our mission is to equip Christian organizations with software that helps them serve more people, share the love of Christ more effectively, and stay focused on the work God has called them to do. For pregnancy centers, that means helping teams care for women well and save more lives. For ministries, it means helping more people experience practical help and Gospel-centered care.
One verse that captures that heart for us is Matthew 5:16: "Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven."
That's what CoolFocus has been for 25 years. And that's what it will keep being — independent, focused, and built to strengthen the organizations that are carrying real ministry into the world every day.
